Keeling, George William. JP, MInstCE.
Born 1839. Consulting Engineer to Gloucester and Sharpness New Docks in 1886-87. President of the PWI, 1886-87. Served with GWR from 1887. Retired as Divisional Engineer at Gloucester in 1904. Photo in PWI 100 years p.15.
